Farah Eldiba, a young woman from Purwakarta, West Java, fulfilled her dream of becoming a police officer after four years of training at the Indonesian Police Academy. She was among the newly commissioned officers inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace in Jakarta. Overwhelmed with pride and emotion, Farah expressed her gratitude to her mentors, the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and the President for their support. She especially thanked her mother for her prayers, support, and encouragement, acknowledging the crucial role her mother played in her journey to becoming a police officer. As Farah and her fellow officers prepared to carry out their duties, her mother, filled with pride and disbelief, wiped away tears and expressed her hopes for her daughter’s future as a dignified and responsible officer. In a heartfelt moment, Farah’s mother thanked her daughter for never giving up.
