Stablecoin Market Cap Touches Rp4 Quadrillion in April 2025
Cryptocurrency Stablecoins now have a valuation of USD 239.108 billion, equivalent to Rp4 quadrillion. According to News.bitcoin.com, on Monday (28/4/2025) data from defillama.com shows that the Stablecoin sector has grown by 1.96% this week, measured since April 20, 2025.
This surge reflects an increase in value of USD 4.581 billion or Rp77.2 trillion during that period. Tether, the dominant force among Stablecoins, has seen its USDT supply grow to USD 147.695 billion (Rp2.4 quadrillion), marking a 1.71% increase.
USDC Circle rose by 2.28% over the seven-day period, bringing its market capitalization to USD 62.273 billion (Rp1 quadrillion). Meanwhile, Ethena’s USDe Stablecoin contracted by 1.26% this week, while over the past month, USDe supply shrunk by 9.96%. As of April 27, 2025, the total market valuation of USDe is around USD 4.764 billion (Rp80.3 trillion).
Among the top 10 based on market capitalization, Sky’s USDS experienced the largest growth at 7.93% and is now at USD 4.213 billion (Rp71 trillion). DAI increased by 3.16%, while Blackrock’s BUIDL slightly rose by 3.49%. DAI’s valuation is at USD 4.146 billion (Rp69.9 trillion), with BUIDL reaching USD 2.536 billion (Rp42.7 trillion) on April 27, 2025.
Other significant increases this week include Tron’s USDD, which rose by 12.62%, and Ripple’s RLUSD, which grew by 7.91%. Ripple’s issued Stablecoin now has a market capitalization of around USD 317.04 million (Rp5.3 trillion).
The stable growth of the Stablecoin sector indicates its crucial position in the crypto market, as leading tokens such as USDT and USDC continue to strengthen their positions amid various performances.
